Admission Alert: UG Admissions Open @ Ahmedabad University. NAAC 'A' Grade
Admissions to central, state, deemed, and private universities are granted based on CUET UG 2026 scores and whether the applicant qualifies for the admission cutoffs, as per their category. NTA does not issue separate cutoff lists for participating universities.
Each participating university will publish its own course-wise and category-wise admission cutoffs and criteria, and counselling schedule. A CUET UG score that falls short of one university's requirements may still fulfil the criteria of another university or programme.

Low score in CUET 2026
As per Careers360 experts, a CUET score below 400 is generally regarded as a low score in CUET UG 2026. Each CUET UG 2026 subject was conducted for a maximum of 250 marks, while the overall CUET score depends on the combination of subjects and programme requirements chosen by the candidate.
For admission to highly sought-after courses such as BCom (Hons), BA (Hons) Political Science, BA (Hons) History, and BA (Hons) Economics, leading central universities including the University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University typically expect candidates to secure CUET scores above 700.
