NEW DELHI: For the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the application correction dates and answered the Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs). JEE Main 2025 registration last date is November 22. Candidates can apply for the engineering entrance exam on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Besides the national entrance exam, engineering and architecture aspirants can apply for the state-level entrance tests such as KCET 2025, MHT CET 2025, AP EAMCET 2025, and WBJEE 2025. Some universities also conduct their own exams for admission to their BTech and BArch programmes.
SRM Institute of Science and Technology has commenced the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2025 registration for phase 1 at srmist.edu.in. The last date to apply is April 16, 2025.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has also announced the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2025 exam date. Phase 1 will be conducted on February 1 and 2 and the registration deadline has been extended till January 20.
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2025 will be held from April 21 to 25. Candidates can apply at viteee.vit.ac.in by March 31, 2025. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2025 exam date is yet to be announced.

SRMJEEE 2025: Phase 1 from April 22; registration last date
SRM Institute of Science and Technology has commenced the registration for SRMJEEE 2025. The last date to apply for phase 1 of SRM Engineering Entrance Examination is April 16. The institute will conduct SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 exam from April 22 to 27, 2025.

MHT CET 2025: Engineering syllabus out
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has released the MHT CET 2025 syllabus for engineering and technology, pharmacy, BPlanning, and master courses. The MHT CET exam date 2025 will be announced on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

VITEEE 2025: VIT campuses, ranking, placements
Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) conducts VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2025 for admission to its engineering programmes. VIT has four campuses at Vellore, Chennai, Amravati, and Bhopal. The institute ranked 11th in engineering category in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024 ranking. It has attained a NAAC grade of A+++.

JEE Mains 2025 registration form: Aadhar authentication, name mismatch
The National Testing Agency recently informed Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 candidates that the technical issues faced by them are due to mismatch in their name on their Aadhar ID and Class 10 certificate. Students applying for JEE Main 2025 are advised to close the pop-up message on Aadhaar card and enter their name exactly as it appears on the card.

JEE Advanced 2025: JAB restores number of attempts to 2
The Joint Admission Board (JAB) has restored the number of attempts in JEE Advanced 2025 to two and the previous JEE Advanced 2025 eligibility criteria. JEE Advanced 2025 3rd attempt has been dropped. Earlier, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur announced 3 attempts in the exam.
