GATE 2021 application form: IIT Bombay to intimate candidates regarding defects by Oct 26

Try NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has extended the final date of intimation to registered candidates after the first round of scrutiny by zonal offices. The authorities will check all of the submitted GATE 2021 application forms and inform the candidates know regarding the defects in it. If any defect is found, then the candidates are advised to correct it as soon as possible. Details regarding the defects will be emailed to the registered candidates.
Candidates will be able to login and change the defects in the application form of GATE 2021. IIT Bombay will also provide the registered candidates a chance to change their previously selected choice of category, exam city and paper from October 28. The facility will be available at GOAPS till November 13, 2020.
All of the corrections and changes have to be done by the candidates as soon as possible. If the defects are not corrected by the candidates, then they will not be able to attempt the entrance examination. GATE 2021 admit card will not be generated for these candidates.
GATE 2021 will be held on February 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14. The admit card for the registered candidates will be released on January 8, 2021.
