Check NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will issue the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 scorecard today, March 28. Engineering aspirants who declared qualified in the GATE 2025 exam will be able to download their GATE scorecard 2025 through the official website at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

Candidates will have to enter their enrolment id and password to log in and download the GATE scorecard 2025. The GATE 2025 scorecard will mention details like candidate’s name, registration number, GATE score, normalised marks, total marks, qualifying marks, all India rank, validity period and the total number of candidates who appeared in the entrance exam.
The last date to download the GATE 2025 scorecard is May 31, 2025. In case, GATE qualified candidates require the softcopy of their GATE Scorecard after May 31, 2025, and till December 31, 2025, they will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 per test paper for obtaining the same. “From 1st January 2026 onwards, no scorecard will be issued for GATE 2025 qualified candidates,” the information brochure said.
The GATE 2025 result was announced on March 19, and the institute has also issued the GATE 2025 toppers list . As per the list, Rahul Kumar Singh secured the top rank in computer science and engineering (CSE) with a perfect raw score of 100. In the mechanical engineering stream, Rajneesh Bijarniya emerged as the topper with 95.33 raw marks and a GATE score of 967.
How to download GATE scorecard 2025?
The GATE 2025 scorecard can be downloaded by following the steps given below.
- Go to the official website of GATE 2025 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
- Click on the link to access the GATE 2025 scorecard.
- Log in using your credentials and select the scorecard tab.
- The GATE 2025 scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future use.
Engineering aspirants can use their GATE 2025 scorecard to apply for admission to master's and doctoral programmes such as Master of Technology (MTech), Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Science (MSc), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and other participating institutes. Several public sector undertakings (PSUs) use GATE scores to shortlist candidates for recruitment to various technical posts.
