Gauhati University admission 2022 begins for PG courses; apply till July 7

NEW DELHI: Gauhati University has started the GU 2022 admission process for postgraduate programmes at its official website on June 20. Applicants seeking admission to PG programmes offered by the university must fill and submit the Gauhati University application form 2022 before July 7 (midnight).
The PGET 2022 is scheduled to be held from July 19 to 21at 11 PGCET exam centres - Guwahati, Barpeta, Shillong, Dhubri, Tezpur, Lakhimpur, Itanagar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Diphu and Silchar.
Applicants need to register themselves first with a working email ID and phone number, then fill and submit the entire Gauhati University application form followed by uploading documents and paying the application fee.

Steps to apply for Gauhati University admission 2022

Visit the official website - gauhati.ac.in.

Go to the “Admission” section on the homepage of the website.

Now add login credentials in the window.

Enter your personal and other important details.

Upload the asked documents in the format laid down by the admission authority.

Pay the application fee of Rs.400 via debit card, credit card or net banking, after filling required details.

Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
The university provides 57 different programmes in commerce, arts, computer applications, sciences and various other disciplines. Gauhati University will offer admission through PGCET entrance test in its PG courses. Candidates can pursue courses like M.A. political science, M.B.A, M.Sc.chemistry, M.Com etc after clearing the entrance exam.
