IGNOU July Admission 2024: Registration deadline for fresh ODL, online courses today, documents required

NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close the registration for July 2024 fresh admissions in all programmes for both online and open and distance learning (ODL) courses today, October 31. Eligible candidates can fill out the IGNOU July application form 2024 through the official website, onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.
Students interested in applying for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses can now complete their registrations via the designated ODL and online portals. As per the official website, eligible students can also apply for Government of India Scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in after confirmation of admission.
IGNOU July Admissions 2024: Documents required
Candidates should keep the following documents ready while applying for the IGNOU July admissions.

Scanned photograph (less than 100kb)

Scanned signature (less than 100kb)

Scanned copy of relevant educational qualification (less than 200kb)
-
Scanned copy of experience certificate (if any) (less than 200kb)
-
Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC, ST, or OBC (less than 200kb)

IGNOU Admission 2024: Cancellation, refund Fee
Candidates who want to cancel their admission should send an email from their registered email ID to canceladms@ignou.ac.in. As per the official notice, 15% of the programme fee, capped at Rs 2,000, will be deducted from the paid amount if a cancellation request is submitted after admission confirmation.
If a cancellation request is received from a student who has availed of a fee exemption and paid only the registration and development fees, only the development fee will be refunded. “No Refund of fee will be admissible after 60 days of the closing date of the admissions,” IGNOU informed through its official website.
