IIM Lucknow, Emeritus launch CEO programme; classes start on December 30

Candidates applying for the CEO programme of IIM Lucknow should have a minimum of 10-year experience and bachelor’s degree.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) in collaboration with Emeritus, an education firm, has launched a 10-month Chief Executive Officer Programme for serving and aspiring CEOs.
The programme has been designed for working professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. It aims at honing the skills of candidates to propel their careers to the next level to become a CEO.
Candidates applying for the programme should also have a bachelor's degree or diploma in 10+2 +3 pattern or a postgraduate degree. The programme will begin on December 30, 2023, with a fee of Rs 5,60,000 plus GST.
Benefits of CEO programme
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status.
The IIM Lucknow said it will focus on providing candidates with expertise to meet customer expectations concerning societal engagement, enable brand values and trust as drivers of growth, have strong purposeful leadership for effective change management and developing an innovation culture.
Individuals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, who are new to the CEO role, or have recently founded a company and want to be a leader can also apply for the programme. The IIM Lucknow said as per Ernest and Young India CEO Survey 2022, 49% of CEOs are planning to use technology and automation to improve scalability and replace higher-cost labour roles, as well as digital platforms to increase customer interactions.

“With India’s growing economy, this poses one of the key opportunities for companies to leverage economic growth and build a sustainable and long-term growth strategy. Extending their expertise and equipping the C-Suite leaders, IIM Lucknow has launched the Chief Executive Officer Programme,” it added.
