IIM Raipur begins admission to PhD programme in management; application deadline November 17

NEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has commenced the admissions for PhD program in Management (Practice Track) for the academic year 2024-2025. The application deadline has been extended till November 17, 2024.

The four-year PhD programme is designed for experienced management professionals, providing a platform for career development through professional expertise and learning.

The programme aims to provide an opportunity for professionals with management and entrepreneurial backgrounds to contribute to the world of academics and research by sharing their expertise and deepening their theoretical and methodological knowledge in management, the IIM Raipur statement said.

The participants will gain the tools and knowledge required for research purposes. These practical insights will contribute to the evolution of management practices and theories.

Phd Programme in Management: Eligibility requirements

Students applying for the programme must have a master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE, BTECH, BArch) from a recognized institution.

Working professionals having CA, ICWA PGP, EPGP, and PGPWE from IIMs with more than six years of work experience in managerial, entrepreneurial, professional experience, or in any industry can also apply.

The IIM Raipur’s doctoral programme offers specialization in various domains including– economics and public policy, finance and accounting, information systems, human resource management (HRM), organizational Behaviour (OB), humanities and liberal arts (Including business communication) marketing management, operations and quantitative techniques, and strategic management
