IIT Delhi to offer M.Sc in Cognitive Science programme through JAM score
Candidates can download JAM previous year's papers to boost their exam preparation.

NEW DELHI : Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi opens an opportunity for the JAM applicants to take admission to its recently launched M.Sc Cognitive Science programme. Applicants with valid JAM scores are eligible for admissions in the master’s programme and are waived from COGJET.
Cognitive Science Joint Entrance Test, also known as COGJET is a joint entrance test for admission in cognitive science programmes in India. The entrance test is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur for admission to post graduate programmes in cognitive science offered by IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad, Panjab University and CBCS University of Allahabad.
Interested candidates can fill their application till March 30. The candidates who will be shortlisted will be invited for the interview on May 9.
Earlier, in the month of February, IIT Delhi has announced two new M.Sc programmes from July 2020 session. I.e, M.Sc in Cognitive Science and M.Sc Economics. Both of the programmes will be offered by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Delhi.
Other alternatives
Not only the JAM applicants, but those who have a valid GATE/ JRF/ CSIR/ NET scores are also eligible for admissions in the post graduate programme. A MBBS degree from a recognized institute or university will also pave the way for admission to the M.Sc programme. In addition, an applicant from a Centrally Funded Technological Institute with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 is also entitled for admissions.
