IPU CET 2018 Counselling Registration Starts; Fee Payment open till June 19

NEW DELHI, JUNE 14 : Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has commenced the counselling process for B.Tech admissions. Those candidates who fit the required eligibility criteria can now register for the counselling session. Firstly, payment of participation fee has to be done by June 19. Without the payment, candidates will not be able to register for the counselling process. The final date for registration is June 20, 2018. Three rounds of counselling will be conducted by the GGSIPU authorities.

How to Register for Counselling of IPU CET?

The candidates can follow the given steps to successfully register for the counselling process.

Step 1 – Payment of Counselling Fee – Firstly, the candidates will have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 1000 in online (net banking/credit card/debit card) and offline (challan) mode. Payment is essential for the candidates to be eligible for registration. If the candidates are not able to pay the fee, then he/she will not be able to proceed to the registration process.

Step 2 – Registration – After the payment is done, registration has to be completed by the candidates. Details such as IPU CET roll number, name, date of birth and more have to be submitted. Login ID and password will be generated after successful registration. It is to be remembered that if payment of counselling fee has been done through challan then the candidates will be able to register after two working days since the fee was deposited. Print out of the filled application form also has to be taken.

What after IPU CET Counselling Registration?

Following the successful registration, the choice filling has to be done by the candidates. Details about the choice filling process will be released on June 18, 2018, according to the notification published by the authorities.

The registered candidates will be allotted seats according to their merit and preferences filled during registration. The availability of seats will also play a factor during the allotment of seats. The allotted candidates will have to select their option from freeze, float or slide. If the candidates are satisfied with their allotted seat, they will have to report for verification of documents at the reporting centre.
