The National Testing Agency has released the JEE Main admit card 2021 for February session. Candidates can download it from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth. JEE Main admit card is a three-page document, consisting of exam date and timings, centre details, self-declaration for COVID-19 and exam day instructions.

Every candidate has to download all the three pages and take its print out. It is advised that candidates read all the instructions and COVID-19 guidelines carefully and abide by them on the day of JEE Main 2021 exam.
What is JEE admit card 2021 self-declaration undertaking?
JEE Main admit card 2021 self-declaration undertaking is a part of the hall ticket printed on the first page. Every candidate has to fill the self-declaration form before reaching the exam centre. The self-declaration form consists of declarations regarding any symptoms of cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat/ runny nose or body ache in the last 14 days. Candidates also need to mention if they have come in close contact with a confirmed case COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days. They will also have to mention their travel history in the last 14 days before their JEE Main exam.

- Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre as per the time mentioned on their admit cards and avoid gathering in groups
- Candidates also have to bring their masks and gloves and hand sanitisers
- Candidates have to bring their JEE Main admit card along with self-declaration, valid ID proof and a photograph
