The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the round 3 seat allotment result on official website, josaa.nic.in. Candidates who registered for the counselling process can check their JoSAA 2026 seat allotment status by logging in using their Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main application number, password, and security pin.

Candidates allotted seats in round 3 of JoSAA seat allotment 2026 will have to complete the online reporting process, including fee payment, document upload, and response to queries, within the prescribed deadline.
JoSAA 2026 counselling schedule for round 3
According to the official counselling schedule, the online reporting process for round 3 will continue till July 8. Those facing fee payment issues or verification queries can resolve them and submit responses by July 9. The seat withdrawal or exit option from the counselling process will remain open from July 7 to July 8, while the last date to respond to withdrawal-related queries is July 9.
Candidates satisfied with their allotted seats in the JoSAA counselling 2026 can choose the "freeze" option. Those seeking a better institute in the next rounds can opt for “float”, while candidates looking for a better branch in the same institute can select the “slide” option.
JoSAA has advised candidates to regularly check the official portal for document verification queries and complete all admission formalities within the deadline to avoid cancellation of allotted seats.
The seat acceptance fee for general, OBC-NCL, and EWS category candidates is Rs 35,000, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates are required to pay Rs 15,000.

- Go to the official website, josaa.nic.in
- Click on the “JoSAA round 3 seat allotment result 2026” link available on the home page.
- Enter login credentials, JEE (Main) 2026 application number/login ID and password
- Submit and view the JoSAA allotment status 2026
- Download and take a printout of the seat allotment for future reference
For the vacant seats, JoSAA will conduct further rounds. The JoSAA seat allotment result 2026 for round 4 is scheduled to be declared on July 10.
