Download NowNEW DELHI, APRIL 24: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the provisional answer key of KCET 2018 for all sets and subjects. The provisional answer key consists of correct responses of the questions asked during the entrance exam. With the help of the answer key, candidates can tally their responses and calculate their probable scores.

In case, if a candidate finds any discrepancy, he/she can challenged the answer key by April 30. Once the authorities receive the feedback, they will peruse the same and publish the final answer key tentatively after April 30. The result will be declared tentatively in fourth week of May.
How To Download the Answer key
To download the answer key, candidates can follow the mentioned below steps:
- Visit the official website and Click on ‘CET 2018’ tab.
- A window will open where links to download answer keys will be given
- By clicking on the links of KCET answer keys, candidates can download them directly.
Note : Candidates can download the answer key for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics .
What To Do In case Candidates Finds Discrepancy In Answer Key?
If a candidate has objections in the released answer key or if he/she finds discrepancies in answer keys, he/she can challenge it by April 30. While raising the objections candidates need to make sure that they keep mentioned below points in mind:
- Discrepancies or objections, if any candidates have to raise their objections against answer key by April 30.
- Candidates/parents/lecturers can file their objections against the provisional answer key.
- Candidates have to submit the objections with justification through e-mail at keauthority-ka@nic.in.
- The e-mail should be titled as CET-2018 - Objection - Subject Name
- While submitting the objections the subject, version code and question number should clearly be mentioned. If no justification provided, such objections will not be considered.
- KEA committee will look into objections and will release the final answer key after April 30. The KEA's decision will be final and binding.
KCET 2018 was held in offline mode on April 18 &19. The entrance exam was conducted separately for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology on two alternate days.
