NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the registration deadline for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 till February 24, 2025. Candidates who have not yet applied can fill up the KCET 2025 application form through the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

As per the schedule, the KCET 2025 application fee payment deadline has been extended till February 25. Candidate have to provide their personal details, communication address, education qualifications, upload the documents and pay the registration fee to register for KCET 2025.

"For the benefit of the candidates, dates have been extended for registration to CET-2025 scheduled on 16-04-2025 and 17-04-2025. Candidates who have not registered in KEA till now for CET-2025 can register and apply online upto 11.59 pm on 24-02-2025 and pay the fees up to 5.30 pm on 25-02-2025", the official notice read.

KCET 2025 exam date

The KCET 2025 exam will be conducted on April 16 and 17. The exam will be conducted in two shifts each day, from 10: 30 to 11: 50 am and from 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm.

However, a Kannada language test will be held on April 18 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. KCET 2025 Kannada language test will be conducted at district centres in Bengaluru, Belagavi, Vijayapura, and Mangaluru.

KCET 2025 eligibility criteria

Candidates can check the KCET 2025 eligibility criteria given below-

  • English should be one of the compulsory languages of the candidates.
  • Interested candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Biotechnology.
  • The minimum qualifying mark for SC, and ST candidates is 40%.
