NEW DELHI: Students affected by the COVID-19 lockdown can now access the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) free of cost.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the NDLI is a virtual repository of learning resources with a single-window search facility.
It is coordinated by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
The website ( https://ndl.iitkgp.ac.in/ ) says any student can use the resource without a ‘log in’ though it is advised for a better experience.
School students can click on the “School” button while college students can choose a button relevant to their need.
Surfers can also use the “Browse by Source” button to select the source in which they are interested. The website also offers a search option.
The resources available on the website cater to all academic levels from school students to researchers and life-long learners in all disciplines.
