Use NowNEW DELHI : The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell) will close the choice-filing window for state National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate ( NEET PG) 2024 counselling today, November 25. Interested candidates can fill choices for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 through the official website, medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-PGM-2024.
Candidates will have to log in using registration credentials to enter choices for Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 on the official website. Candidates will have to fill their choices of course and college as per their preferences.
Candidates can add new choices and rearrange them until they are satisfied with their preferences. Once they finalize their choices, they need to lock the choices before the last date of the Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024 process. Failure to lock the choices may result in losing the opportunity to participate in seat allotment. Therefore, it is critical to carefully review and confirm preferences before locking them.
Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2024: Seat allotment
- After the choices are locked, the authorities will conduct seat allotment based on factors like NEET PG rank, category, availability of seats, and the choices locked by the candidates.
- If a candidate is allotted a seat in any of their preferred choices, they are then required to accept the allotted seat. If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotment or does not get any seat in the first round, they can participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling based on the availability of seats and their preferences.
As per the official schedule, the First Selection List or CAP 1 of NEET PG 2024 will be declared on November 28, 2024.The physical joining and filling of status retention form with all original documents & requisite fees at the allotted college will be done from November 29 to December 3, 2024.
