The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has started accepting online applications for the MHT CET CAP 2026 counselling process. Candidates can apply for MHT CET 2026 CAP BTech and MBA counselling on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. MHT CET 2026 qualified candidates can apply for CAP counselling till July 12.
As per the MHT CET CAP 2026 dates , the final merit list for both engineering and management courses will be published on July 20.
Candidates who have qualified the MHT CET 2026 exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. The MHT CET CAP 2026 process comprises registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institute.

According to the official MHT CET CAP notice, candidates who have registered for MHT CET 2026 are exempt from paying the CAP admission registration fee. However, candidates seeking admission based on valid JEE Main 2026, NEET UG, CAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, or GMAT scores are required to pay the prescribed registration fee.

The steps to apply for the MHT CET CAP counselling 2026 process are as follows.
- Visit the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
- Click on the BTech or MBA CAP registration 2026 link available.
- Create a new account using your personal details, email ID, and mobile number.
- Fill in the required academic details and MHT CET exam scores in the application form.
- Upload the required documents for the CAP 2026 online verification.
- Pay the MAH CET CAP registration 2026 fee online.
- Submit the application and download the confirmation receipt.
Candidates are advised to complete the registration process and carefully fill in their preferred choices before the deadline. MHT CET 2026 seat allotment will be carried out based on the choices submitted by candidates during the MHT CET CAP counselling process.
