MU OET 2018 slot booking starts on March 31

NEW DELHI, MARCH 29: Manipal Academy of Higher Education will open the facility of MU OET 2018 slot booking in online mode on March 31 for attempt number 1 & 2; the last date to book slots is April 7. Using the facility, B.Tech aspirants who have successfully registered for the entrance exam will be able to book the date and time for each attempt. The online entrance exam for attempts number 1 & 2 will be conducted from April 19 to May 9. The slot booking for the 3 rd attempt (slated for May 11), will open separately. To book their slots, candidates need to go to the slot booking portal and log-in using application number and password. Slots will be offered on first-come, first-served basis, so candidates must book their slots at their earliest. Hall tickets will be issued only post successful slot booking.
The slot booking for mass communication candidates will also open on March 31; however, the last date to book slots is April 15. Also, unlike for B.Tech programmes, the entrance exam for mass communication candidates can be attempted only once.

How to book slots
The slot booking facility is available in online mode only. To book their slots, candidates needs to follow the steps given below:
- Go to the slot booking portal

- Application number
- Password
- Security code displayed on screen

- Fill the slot booking form : Next the candidate has to enter details like test name, city, preferred date of exam (from available options), test centre name, and test centre address
- Confirm slot : The candidate has to finally confirm the picked choice (s).
Issue of MU OET Admit Cards
Admit cards will only be issued for candidates only upon successfully completion of the slot booking process. The admit card can be downloaded using the same log-in credentials used for logging-in to book slots. Among other things, the admit card will contain details entered at the time of slot booking, like date and time of the entrance exam. Before downloading the admit card, the candidate needs to ensure that the details mentioned on it are correct. If there is a discrepancy, the candidate must immediately raise the issue with the exam conducting authorities.
