NATA 2018 Application Process Closes on March 30

NEW DELHI, MARCH 29: Candidates who are planning to appear for NATA 2018 need to ensure they fill the application form soon as the application process is going to close on March 30, 2018. Candidates will not be allowed to submit the application form after this date. The NATA application form is available only in online mode. To fill the same, candidates need to enter their personal and academic details like name, contact number, email address and educational qualification along with the payment of application fee.
The application fee for General Category this year has been raised to Rs. 1800 (inclusive of all taxes). Relaxation is provided to SC/ST category candidates and they will have to pay Rs. 1500 as application fee. To register for NATA, Council of Architecture (COA) has made Aadhaar number mandatory.
An important point that candidates need to be aware that COA do not entertain any correction once the candidate submit the form after filling it. Therefore, it is advisable that candidates make sure that they are entering all the valid and correct information. However, in rare cases where mistakes are really major and need to be rectified immediately, authorities might entertain the correction or any discrepancy on the receipt of a request by the candidate via e-mail. What candidates need to keep in mind is that they need to request the corrections before the issue of NATA 2018 admit card.
Council of Architecture (COA) will be conducting NATA 2018 on April 29. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is conducted for admissions to the 5 year Architecture programmes offered in various institutes/colleges across the country. The entrance examination will be held in two parts, Part A will consist of Maths and General Aptitude in online mode, whereas Part B which is offline will consist of drawing questions. The entrance examination will be held 136 centres in India and 1 abroad.
Candidates must note that counselling for NATA is not held by COA. Candidates who qualify in the exam will have to apply individually to the institutes for admissions.
