National Institute of Design announces final result for UG admissions on May 31

Try NowNEW DELHI, MAY 31: National Institute of Design (NID) has released the final merit list for B.Des. admissions on May 31, 2018. This is the final result on the basis of which, a total of 100 seats will be allocated to the successful candidates at NID Ahmedabad campus. The final stage, Mains, was conducted from May 15 to 22.

Candidates can check the final result of NID DAT 2018 now.
The final common merit lists of B.Des programmes is generated category wise, based on the sum total of the weighted scores secured by the candidate at each stage of the admission process. Separate merit list has been prepared for overseas candidates.
Re-checking request can be submitted only from May 31, 2018 (1400 hours) to June 1, 2018 (2300 hours). Candidates can login and submit re-checking request.
In-person counselling of eligible candidates is scheduled on June 8 at NID Ahmedabad campus. Only those receiving provisional admission offers are required to come.
Prelims, the first stage of NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT), was held on January 7, 2018. The result was released in online mode on March 13, 2018. Eligible candidates had to appear for the Mains stage based on the merit list of prelims exam. The number of shortlisted candidates was not less than three times the number of total seats available per category in that programme.
