The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the schedule for online centralised merit based counselling for round 2 DNB (post diploma) 2025 admission session.
As per the counselling process, the filling up option or choices of available seats for the round 2 of DNB (post diploma) will be conducted from May 29 to June 1 till 5 pm.

The procession of allotment will be done on June 2 and the result will be declared on June 5, 2025. Candidates will be able to file their choices through the official website at counseling.nbe.edu.in.
Notably, candidates should note that “any further round(s) of this Counseling shall be conducted depending on the number of seats remaining vacant after the completion of the 2nd round of Counseling. The decision to conduct any further round is purely discretionary and the decision of the NBEMS in this regard shall be final and binding,” the board said in an official statement.
Candidates will be able to view the vacant seat matrix for round 2 of counselling for the DNB post diploma programmes through natboard.edu.in.

NBEMS DNB Round 2 Counselling 2025 : How to fill the choice?
Candidates should follow the instructions to fill the choices for round two of the DNB (post diploma).
- Go to the official website at counseling.nbe.edu.in.
- Click on the link “DNB Post Graduate (Post diploma) 2025.
- Login using credentials such as roll number or email ID and password.
- Upload prescribed documents (if not uploaded during registration in round 1).
- Choice filling lock and confirm the choice filled.
- Press submit.
