NEET PG 2023 registration not today; NBE asks to “kindly ignore” newspaper ad

NEET PG 2023: NBE asked to ignore the newspaper ad informing that registration will start today and said notification will be released soon at nbe.edu.in.

Use NowNEW DELHI : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced that it will not commence the registration for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 today, January 5, 2023. In an official notification available on the website, NBE asked to “kindly ignore” the newspaper advertisement which informed that NEET PG 2023 registration will begin from 3 pm today.
“Kindly ignore the advertisement published in some newspapers today informing that the NEET-PG 2023 applications are invited from 5th January 2023 onwards,” said NBE in the official notice.
NBE added that NEET PG 2023 notification will be released soon and asked to refer to the official website – nbe.edu.in. “The notification for inviting online applications for NEET-PG 2023 shall be published in the coming days. Please refer to the NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in periodically in this regard,” it said.

The board has, however, confirmed the date of the exam. NEET PG 2023 will be conducted on March 5 on a computer-based platform at various exam centres across the country.
Earlier today, a newspaper ad showed NEET PG 2023 notification saying that the application form will be released at 3 pm today and that the last date to apply for the entrance exam for admission to postgraduate programmes is January 25, 2023. The notification also informed that NEET PG 2023 result will be published by March 31, 2023.
