NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released a list of 241 candidates who change their nationality from Indian to NRI in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) counselling 2022 round-2.

The committee allowed candidates participating in the UG counselling 2022 to change their nationality from Indian to NRI via email to– ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com from November 3 to 5. MCC has also extended the NEET UG Counselling 2022 choice filling till 11: 55 PM on November 9 and choice locking from 3PM till 11:55 PM of November 9, 2022 in response to the several emails requesting to reopen the choice filling option.

Such candidates were required to submit documents like passport and visa claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI, documents proving relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the Supreme Court orders, affidavit from the sponsorer that they will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized, an embassy certificate of the sponsorer (certificate from the consulate), NEET scorecard of the candidate and their family tree notarized by a Tehsildar.

The MCC also extended the the schedule for the NEET PG counselling 2022 mop-up round till November 10, 2022 today. In other news, UP NEET UG counselling 2022 round 1 seat allotment result will be declared today, November 9 at upneet.gov.in.
