Try NowThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application form correction window for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Entrance Examination (NIFTEE 2026) for PhD and artisans programmes. Candidates who registered for the design entrance exam can make changes in their NIFT 2026 application form on the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.

Candidates will be allowed to edit their NIFT 2026 application form by March 4, up to 11:50 pm. “As this is a one-time chance to help candidates, they should make corrections carefully, as no further opportunity will be given,” the NTA said.
The testing agency will hold the NIFTEE 2026 exam for PhD and artisan programmes in April 2026 at exam centres in different cities across India.

“Final changes will be allowed only after paying the required extra fee. If a candidate changes their category or PwBD status and this affects the fee amount, they will have to pay the extra fee as applicable. Any extra amount paid will be refunded,” according to the notification.
Candidates are not allowed to edit seven important details during the NIFTEE 2026 correction window, including their mobile number, email address, address, signature, photograph, gender, or date of birth.
Candidates can edit their name, parents’ names, category details, programme choice (full-time/part-time), qualifications, experience, UGC-NET, CEED, CSIR (JRF) scores, and uploaded documents in the NIFTEE application form.
How to edit the NIFTEE 2026 application form?
Candidates can edit their NIFT PhD application form by following the steps given below.
- Visit the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/niftee.
- Click on the “Correction Window for NIFT PhD – 2026” link.
- Log in using your application number, password, and captcha.
- Make the necessary corrections in the NIFTEE PhD application form.
- Click on the “submit” button and pay the form correction fee.
- Take a printout of the edited NIFTEE application form and save it for your future reference.
