OJEE 2018 Choice Locking activated till June 27

NEW DELHI, JUNE 26 - Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) has activated the choice locking facility for OJEE 2018 from June 26, 2018. The registered candidates will be able to lock their choices till June 27. Along with the choice locking, the registration process will also end on the same date. Registrations for OJEE 2018 counselling procedure had commenced on June 18. The link for registration is available on the official website. While locking their seats, candidates are advised to recheck whether they have made the correct choices according to their requirement. An OTP will be sent through SMS to the registered mobile number after the candidate clicks on the “Lock” button. After submitting the OTP, the choices will get locked. A print out of the locked choices has to be taken out for the future reference of the candidate.

Candidates must note that once the seat is locked, they cannot unlock it under any circumstances.

If a candidate fails to lock the choice due to some reason, the last exercised choice will be locked automatically in the server when the given time expires.

After completing the choice filling and locking, candidates can take a print out of filled in choices for their reference. There is no need to take this document to nodal centre.
What after choice locking?
The result of the first round seat allotment will be released on July 2, 2018. The allotment letter has to be downloaded and the candidates will have a choice to accept the seat allotted by paying the fee and reporting at the nodal centre for document verification. If a candidate is not satisfied by the seat allotted, he/she can withdraw by going to the nodal centre and following the withdrawal process. After the final allotment round, candidates must report to the allotted college with the final allotment letter and fee deposit slip within the scheduled time.
