NEW DELHI : Prime Minister Narendra Modi interaction with students and teachers on board examination and handling stress begins. This is the first virtual edition of the annual Pariksha Pe Charcha event. Answering exam-related questions from participating students and teachers at the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2021, PM Modi said, "Not meeting with you is a huge loss for me". Meanwhile, #Cancelboardexams is trending on Twitter. Asking to cancel board exams 2021, a student tweeted, "Political gatherings are banned but mass examinations are okay?!"
Speaking on exam stress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "You don't fear the exam but the atmosphere created around exams."
"Exams represent an opportunity and we should see them as that and not run from them... What you're not comfortable with, you end up expending 80% of your energy on that. I would tell students to distribute your energy and time equally," PM Modi added.
Students selected through the Pariksha Pe Charcha contest will be allowed to pose questions to the prime minister.
PM Modi, through his official social media handle, said: “The first-ever virtual #PPC2021 is going to be an exciting interaction, covering a diverse range of topics. You could be an #ExamWarrior , a parent or a teacher...there’s something for everyone.”
The last rendition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was held in the Talkatora stadium in New Delhi. PM Modi, in an earlier promotional video, had announced that this will be the first virtual edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha.
