Perspectico and Rajdhani College organizes a session on ‘how to crack interviews’

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 12: Do you know what is important in Job Interview? How to prepare yourselves for interview? Skills required for interview? The workshop organized by Perspectico and Rajdhani College helped the students to understand the intricacies of job interviews from organization perspective along with their needs. The workshop prepared students with new ways of interviews which are being adopted by corporate giants.
The new ways of interviews like unstructured Interviews is becoming increasingly popular. In this format, there are no standardized, predetermined questions; rather it’s more like an open-ended, free-flowing conversation led by the interviewer, who decides what to ask as the interview progresses.
The job interviews are an inseparable part of a student when he or she steps into the working world. With the growing competition and the ever changing nature of work environments, job interviews today are a complex process. They consist of multiple rounds to test whether a student is capable to work in different conditions. To prepare for each aspect a student faces various challenges which requires proper and effective guidance.
Nikhil Chainani, Founder & CEO, Perspectico said, “The session will guide the students to understand in a greater depth the complex structure of interviews and how to tackle with gritty situations in an interview like ‘no response’. The students were also detailed with more information on interviews, group discussions and an almost perfect resume.”
