S. Vivekanandam joins as JIPMER Acting Director

NEW DELHI, JUNE 11:
Dr. S. Vivekanandam Senior Professor & former-Head of the Department of Radiotherapy, and Professor (Examination) JIPMER has been appointed as the acting director of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Puducherry.
Dr. S. Vivekanandam graduated from Rangaraya Medical College Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh and did his Post-graduation in Radiotherapy from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Dr. Vivekanandam has been in the field of Hospital Management, Medical Education & Medical Research for more than three decades. He has been working as the professor of examinations of JIPMER since institute became autonomous in the year 2008. He has also been looking after the responsibilities of Controller of Examination.
