SBI PO 2018 mains result out; 6009 candidates qualify for GE and Interview

New Delhi, August 28: State Bank of India (SBI) has declared the result of SBI PO mains exam on August 27 at www.sbi.co.in. It must be noted that SBI PO result 2018 for mains exam has been declared in the form of PFD wherein the roll numbers of the qualified candidates are mentioned. Candidates who had taken the mains test on August 4, can check their roll numbers to know if they have qualified for the next stage of the recruitment process.

As per the result of SBI PO 2018 exam, as many as 6009 candidates have qualified in the mains exam for appearing in the group exercise and interview. With the result announcement, the SBI officials have also announced that rest of the details and further procedure of the group exercise and interview will be communicated to the qualified candidates through their registered email IDs or SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
Qualified candidates of the SBI PO mains examination will be able to download their scorecard soon after its availability. The scorecard for main examination will reflect minimum qualifying marks for different categories of candidates (Gen/OBC/PH/SC/ST/OH), total marks secured by the candidate out of 100 marks and qualifying status for GE & interview exam.
For the interview phase, qualified candidates have to download their interview admit card from September 1 onwards, while the group exercise and interview process will take place from September 24 to October 12. The final result of the SBI PO exam will be declared on November 1. In order to prepare the final result of SBI PO 2018, the scores obtained by candidates in the mains exam (objective+descriptive test) and GE & Interview are taken into consideration.
SBI PO is conducted for the recruitment of Probationary Officers across its various branches as per the vacancies. For 2018, the bank has announced as many as 2000 vacancies for the recruitment of Probationary Officers.
