NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has opened the question paper representation portal (QPRep) in online mode on the official website upsconline.nic.in. The window to make the representation against the UPSC IAS question paper opened on October 11. Candidates who appeared in the UPSC civil services exam 2021 for the preliminary stage, can visit the official website and can send representation regarding any of the questions asked in the UPSC civil services exam 2021 till October 17.

To send their representations, aspirants will have to login using their credentials, such as the roll number and date of birth and login. The UPSC civil services prelims 2021 exam was held in offline mode on October 10 in two shifts at 77 cities across the country.

Steps to send representation regarding UPSC CSE questions

Step 1 - Visit the official website upsc.gov.in

Step 2 - On the homepage, click on the “Examination” and from the dropdown select “Representation on question papers”

Step 3 - In the new page, a PDF will open consisting of some instructions.

Step 4 - Click on the link at the end.

Step 5 - In the new page click on “Click here” and enter the credentials such as roll number, date of birth and captcha.

Step 6 - In the new page candidates will have to select the exam date, exam question paper (paper 1 or 2), question paper set and the question number.

Step 7 - Then the candidate will have to write the reason behind them sending the representation under 1500 words and then they can also attach a PDF file for reference to their representation and click on submit.

Candidates can also raise more than one objection. They can raise their representations against any of the questions asked in the UPSC civil services exam 2021. However, no representation can be sent by email/post/hand and no representation will be accepted by UPSC after the last date.

This will help them to evaluate how many questions they have answered correctly and how many marks they are likely to score. The official answer key of UPSC prelims 2021 will be released after the final result is declared.
