Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Civil Service Examination (CSE) 2023 result. Aditya Srivastava secured the All India Rank (AIR 1) followed by Animesh Pradhan, Donuru Ananya Reddy, and P K Sidharth Rajkumar. Candidates who appeared for the exam and interview can check and download UPSC CSE final result 2023 from the official website, upsc.gov.in.

A total of 1,016 candidates have been recommended for appointment for four posts – Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’. Out of the total candidates, 347 belong to the general category, 115 are from EWS, 303 from OBC, 165 from SC and 86 from the ST category.
The UPSC final result 2023 on the basis of interview and written tests. The phase 1 of UPSC CSE Mains interview was conducted from January 2 to February 16, 2024, phase 2 from February 19 to March 15, and phase 3 lasted till April 9.
UPSC CSE Mains result 2023 was announced on December 3. The Mains exams were conducted on September 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24 last year. A total of 14,624 candidates who qualified in the prelims exam appeared for the mains exam. CSE prelims exam was administered on May 28 in two shifts.

The commission informed that the UPSC CSE result 2023 has been kept provisional for 355 candidates.
"UPSC has a “Facilitation Counter” near Examination Hall in its campus. Candidates can obtain any information / clarification regarding their examinations / recruitments on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271 /23381125 / 23098543. Result will also be available on the U.P.S.C. website i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in. Marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result," it added.
