UPSC ESE 2024 prelims schedule out; exam on February 18
UPSC ESE 2024 Exam: Candidates can register for the prelims exam till today through the official website, upsc.gov.in.

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Engineering Services Examination (UPSC ESE ) 2024 prelims exam schedule on its official website, upsc.gov.in.
As per the official notification, the UPSC ESE 2024 prelims exam will be conducted in two shifts on February 18, 2024. UPSC ESE 2024 shift 1 will be conducted from 10 am to 12 noon and shift 2 will be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm.

The UPSC ESE prelims 2024 paper 1 for general studies and engineering aptitude will be of objective type for two hours duration for 200 marks. Paper 2 will be subject-specific as per the engineering stream selected by the candidates and will have objective questions for 300 marks, for three hours duration.
The last date for submission of the UPSC ESE application form is today. The commission will not provide a correction facility for the application form. Hence candidates are required to fill out the UPSC ESE registration form correctly as per the commission.

The candidates who will qualify for the UPSC ESE prelims exam 2024 will be able to appear for the UPSC ESE mains exam which will be conducted on June 23, 2024 as per the schedule released by the commission.
The candidates who have applied for the UPSC ESE prelims exam 2024 with civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and electronics and telecom engineering can check the official schedule through the website of UPSC.
