UPTAC Registration 2026: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has started the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) 2026 counselling registration process for admissions to first-year and second-year undergraduate courses offered by AKTU-affiliated institutes and other participating state universities.
Eligible candidates can complete the application process online through the official portal, uptac.samarth.edu.in. The registration window will remain open till June 15, 2026.
The UPTAC 2026 counselling process begins with candidate registration using JEE Main 2026 application details or other applicable entrance exam credentials, along with basic personal information such as name, mother’s name, date of birth, and gender.

After registration, candidates will have to create a login password, fill in the required academic and personal details, upload documents, and pay the counselling fee online.
After the registration process concludes, AKTU will begin the choice-filling and seat allotment stages for eligible applicants seeking admission to engineering, architecture, and other professional courses.
Steps to complete UPTAC 2026 registration
Candidates can follow the steps below to submit the counselling form:
- Visit the official UPTAC website at uptac.samarth.edu.in
- Click on the counselling registration link
- Register using JEE Main 2026 or relevant entrance exam details
- Create a password and log in to proceed
- Fill in personal, academic and entrance exam information carefully
- Upload scanned photograph, signature and required documents
- Pay the counselling fee through online payment modes such as debit card, credit card or net banking
- Review all details before final submission
Candidates should note that the counselling form is available only in online mode.
