VGU to host Victor's school cup on April 29; More than 50 schools expected to turn up at the event
The Vivekananda Global University-led Victor's cup is a part of the university's efforts to provide holistic education to the students.

NEW DELHI: The Vivekananda Global University (VGU) is about to host the Victor's school cup on April 29, 2023. Participants from more than 50 schools are expected to take part in the event, a statement from the university said.
The official press release issued by the university stated that the event is the first of its kind in the country, which is aimed at providing the school students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and piloting them into the world of creative art, sports, public speaking and life skills.
A celebrity night will also be organised on the occasion. University officials said that the event is a part of VGU's efforts to provide holistic education to students and is expected to reach out to nearly one lakh people.
Details of the event
The students willing to take part in the event will not be required to submit any registration fee. They will only be able to participate in one event. Organisers of the event have taken all the necessary security measures to ensure the safety and security of the students, the university officials said.

In addition to this, each school will have to appoint a manager for their team, a team captain and category-wise heads, who will hold the accountability of all the event communications. As many as 20 events will be held under the Victor's cup.
All the participating schools will be awarded a memento as well, said the university officials.
