Video of man suggesting ‘NEET 2024 question paper leak’ goes viral on X

Download EBookNEW DELHI: A video of a man claiming that the National Eligibilty-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2024) question paper “may get leaked” is circulating on social media. Rumours are also circulating on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the question paper is available on Telegram channels. The claims are only suggestive and nothing has been found to be concrete. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct NEET UG 2024 for more than 24 lakh students tomorrow.
The man is claiming that Vishal Chaurasia, mastermind of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Teacher recruitment exam question paper leak, might leak the NEET question paper. An X user Vivek Pandey posted, “ NEET 2024 paper may get leaked. Connection to Vishal Chaurasia, known for BPSC paper leak. Over 24 lakh aspirants will be affected.” He also urged the agencies concerned to investigate immediately.
Pandey added, “Scammers are exploiting NEET students by promising leaked papers in exchange of money. Several Telegram channels claim that they will leak NEET UG 2024 paper.”

Another X user, Rishita, said, “An incident (of NEET paper leak) happened in 2021 where I think 8 people got arrested. So I'm not sure if this time it's fake or not.” Others advised students to beware of scammers claiming to sell NEET 2024 question paper on Telegram and other social media.
Candidates taking the exam will have to produce the NTA NEET admit card 2024, along with a valid photo ID proof for verification purposes, at the exam centre.
