VIT invites applications for BSc Hons Agriculture programme

NEW DELHI: Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore has begun the VIT University 2021 admission process for the four years BSc Hons Agriculture programme. The last date to fill the VIT University admission form 2021 for the BSc Hons Agriculture programme is June 30. The mode of application is only online.
The VIT University BSc Hons Agriculture merit list 2021 will be prepared on the basis of 10+2 marks. The shortlisted applicants will be called for the VIT University BSc Hons Agriculture counselling round. The final list will be prepared based on the performance in the skill test at the time of counselling.
Mere qualifying for the counselling round does not guarantee admission to the candidates. It depends upon the performance of the applicants in the skill test and the availability of seats.
The VIT University BSc Hons Agriculture application fee is Rs 600. The total fee of the BSc Hons Agriculture programme is Rs 3,84,000.
VIT BSc Hons Agriculture eligibility criteria

The minimum overall aggregate of 70% with physics, chemistry and mathematics or biology (botany & zoology) or agriculture as subjects in Class 12.

In case, applicants belonging to SC or ST community or hail from Jammu and Kashmir or Ladakh or the northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura, 10% relaxation is provided that they have 60% minimum aggregate in Class 12 examination.
