203 students to get Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards

A total 67 students from India have secured the highest marks in the world in Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards.
NEW DELHI: Cambridge International Education has announced the winners of the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards in India. A total of 203 students will be presented with the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) awards, O level, international AS and A level examinations in the 2022-23 Cambridge examination series.
Cambridge International Education is the awarding body of the Cambridge University Press and Assessment, part of the University of Cambridge. Of the participating students, 67 achieved the highest marks in the world. The awards celebrate the success of students taking examinations awarded by Cambridge International Education in over 40 countries around the world.
Cambridge qualifications prepare and equip learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to thrive at university and beyond. They are recognised and valued by leading universities worldwide.

Cambridge International Education south Asia regional director Mahesh Srivastava said: "Within the realm of Cambridge examinations globally, the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards stand as a beacon, illuminating the extraordinary academic accomplishments of bright minds. Time and again, students from India have earned these prestigious accolades, showcasing brilliance not only in STEM subjects but in a wide range of other subjects. My heartfelt congratulations to the triumphant winners, their dedicated educators and supportive parents, whose unwavering guidance has paved the way for these young achievers to achieve success."
The awards also celebrate the achievements of those learners who have been recognised for ‘high achievement’, based on outstanding performance in subjects which are not yet so widely taken in India and learners who have achieved the highest cumulative marks across a number of subjects, the Cambridge International said.
