80 companies to participate in job fair at Mewar University on December 23

More than 10,000 students have registered for the Mewar University job fair through the link mutnp.mewaruniversity.org/registration-form.
NEW DELHI: A one-day mega job fair will be organised at Mewar University on December 23 in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The job fair will be conducted in partnership with the district employment office.
The university said the job fair is open to students of all the universities and colleges of the state. Candidates can register for the event on the official website, mutnp.mewaruniversity.org/registration-form. More than 10,000 students have registered for the job fair.
“A large number of unemployed youth registered in the employment office have also registered themselves. It is expected that this number will increase further before the job fair,” the university said. University’s training and placement cell director Harish Gurnani said students who have cleared courses in engineering, management, pharmacy, journalism, nursing, paramedical, agriculture, law and others or will clear these programmes in this academic year can join the fair.
The university has invited companies from different parts and sectors of the country, of which 80 companies have sent their consent. The companies participating in the job fair include, Muthoot Group, JP Hospital, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Dainik Bhaskar, Reliance Jio, Mahindra Finance, Ceat Tyre, Kutch Chemical Industries Limited, Yutika Natural Private Limited, Caparo Engineering India Limited, IIFL Finance and Suryoday Small Finance Bank.

The Chittorgarh DEO will also play an important role in this event. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, chairperson, Mewar University, said the goal of the university administration is to provide employment to as many unemployed youth as possible through this mega job fair, so that they can become self-reliant and contribute to the progress of society and the nation. The university administration will try to ensure that such job fairs continue to be held in the future.
