AFCAT 2025 application process begins today; last date to apply December 31
AFCAT 2025: Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website, afcat.cdac.in. Exams on February 22 and 23.

NEW DELHI : The Indian Air Force (IAF) has commenced the application process for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2025 from today, December 2. Interested applicants can apply online through the official website, afcat.cdac.in.
The last date to apply for AFCAT is December 31, according to the latest update. The exam is scheduled to take place on February 22 and 23. The AFCAT exam is being held for 336 vacancies.
The IAF conducts AFCAT twice a year in February and September to recruit eligible candidates as commissioned, Class 1 gazetted officers in flying, ground duty (technical and non-technical branches), and meteorology entry for grant of permanent, short service commission in the Indian Air Force.

AFCAT 2025 application process
The AFCAT 2025 application window is now open. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can now apply online. To apply for the AFCAT 2025, candidates will have to register on the official website and fill in the application form with details such as education qualification, course preference, required documents, exam city, etc. After filling out the application form candidates will be required to pay the application fee.
The AFCAT application fee is Rs 550 and can be paid through credit, debit cards, and net banking. After completing the online payment candidates can also check ‘Payment Status’. If the registration number is displayed in the ‘Payment Status’ then your application form is accepted.
The exam authority will also open the AFCAT application form correction window in online mode. Candidates will be notified when the correction window link will be made available.
The AFCAT 2025 exam will be held in two stages, an online test and an SSB interview held by the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB). Candidates applying for Ground Duty (Technical branch) can appear for an additional Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).
