• In case of any disability, which prevents a candidate from writing the exam themself, a scribe should preferably be a class 10 or 12 student (not from humanities stream) and such scribe shall be required to carry school identity card, age and address proof- Aadhar Card. No scribe shall be provided by the examination center.
• The candidature to the examination is provisional. Only those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria should appear in the exam. If at any stage it is found that any candidate is not eligible for the All India Bar Examination, your candidature will be rejected.
• Candidates found cheating or resorting to unfair means by the invigilators shall ordinarily be debarred from taking the exam.

The allindiabarexamination.com and barcouncilofindia.org exam 2023 website crashed minutes after it made the AIBE 2023 admit card download link available. Only a few candidates managed to download Bar Council of India admit card with the AIBE 2023 login credentials.

After a few minutes of making the AIBE admit card link available on the official website, a worried candidate on Twitter said: "Where there are just 2 days left for exam we still can't able to download the admit card."
