NEW DELHI: The Assam board has declared the evaluation criteria for Class 10 and 12 today. As per the Assam HSLC, AHSEC evaluation criteria 2021 , Class 10 students will be evaluated based on their performance in Class 9, which will formulate 40% of marks. Similarly, another 40% from Class 10 and 20 marks from school-based internal assessment. In case of non-availability of Class 10 marks, 70% of marks will be added from Class 9.
Whereas, for Assam HS result 2021, 50% to be added from ‘best of 3’ from HSLC and 40% from internal evaluation in non-practical subjects of Arts, Science and Commerce streams.

The Assam board result of Class 10, 12 is likely to be released by July 31. The AHSEC and HSLC result will be prepared on the basis of this evaluation criteria to promote students to the next Class.
The committees formed for formulating the criteria had already submitted their reports last week.
Earlier, the Assam Education Minister, Ranoj Pegu, said, “The evaluation formula for SEBA and AHSEC’s HSLC-HSSLC will be officially announced in the evening today via official notification. Evaluation formula for Class 12 ready. Students will get not more than 10% of their Class 10 results.”
