NEW DELHI: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha will conduct the Class 10 or matric board exams 2024 from February 20 to March 4, 2024, the BSE president Ramashis Hazra announced in a press conference. A total of 5,51,611 students will appear in the BSE Odisha Class 10 board exam 2024. The exam will be held at 2991 centres, the board said. “AI-powered cameras will be installed in strong rooms, DEO office, examination hall. A command room with 7-8 persons will be set up for operation of the AI cameras,” Odisha TV quoted the Odisha BSE president as saying.
7,831 and 3,037 students have filled up the exam forms for State Open School Certificate and Madhyama exams respectively. The BSE SOSC exams will be conducted in 55 centres and Madhyama exam in 107 test centres.

The board exam will be conducted for 100 marks - out of which 50 marks will be for multiple-choice questions and 50 marks for subjective questions. The detailed subject-wise syllabus is also available on the official website, bseodisha.nic.in. The evaluation of answer scripts will be done from March 15, 2024.
