The Bihar School Examination Committee concluded the seventh day of the Bihar Class 10 board examination 2026 today, held for optional subjects in two shifts. The Bihar board matriculation annual examination 2026 began on February 17 and will be concluded on February 25.
The Bihar board conducted the Class 10 board exam 2026 for option subjects in two shifts. The subjects included higher Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Persian, Sanskrit, Arabic, and Maithili, held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm.

While the second shift was conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
Similarly, the Bihar Class 10 board exam for fine arts, home science, dance and music subjects were held in the first shift from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm, and in the second shift from 2 pm to 4:45 pm.

BSEB Matric Exam 2026: Passing mark
The Bihar matric examination 2026 was held across several districts, including Patna where it was conducted at 70 exam centres.
The board will conclude the Class 10 board exam 2026 tomorrow in a single shift. The last day of the board exam will be held for vocational electives, which include security, beautician, tourism, electronics and hardware, beauty and wellness, telecom and IT/IT trade subjects.
The exam will be held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm under the professional optional subjects.
As per the passing criteria, students need to score at least 30% marks in each subject or 30 marks out of 100 to be declared pass in the BSEB Class 10 board exam 2026.
In addition, the minimum passing marks to qualify the BSEB Class 10 board exam 2026 is 150 out of 500 or 30% aggregate.
