NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) held Class 12 Hindi core and Hindi elective papers today, February 20. The Hindi elective and Hindi core exams were held for a total of 80 marks. The duration of the CBSE Class 12 exams was three hours and was conducted between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm.

The cbseacademic.nic.in website is hosting the Class 12 Hindi core and Hindi elective sample papers and marking schemes. The CBSE 2023 exam for Class 12 started on February 15 and will continue till April 5.
Carrying the CBSE Class 12th admit card is mandatory for all students. The CBSE admit card Class 12 contain details of the students, exam reporting time and exam centre guidelines. Students will get 15 minutes reading time to read the CBSE question papers.
CBSE Class 10 students, meanwhile, appeared for the Arabic, Tibetan, French, German, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Limbo, Lepcha and Carnatic Music exams today.

The CBSE class 12 exam pattern has changed. For CBSE class 12 board exams 2023, question papers would comprise 20% MCQs or objective questions. 30% would be competency-based questions. The remaining 50% would constitute the subjective or short and long answer questions.

Students can look through CBSE English core sample papers on the CBSE's official website- cbseacademic.nic.in.
According to the CBSE Board, a student must have scored a minimum of 33 per cent marks to pass in CBSE 12th Board exam 2023. It is mandatory for students to pass the practicals, internal assessment and theory exams separately.
Aldehydes, Ketones, and Carboxylic Acids is the highest-weightage topic according to a CBSE class 12 student.
The CBSE 12th Chemistry theory exam carries 70 marks. Three hours will be allotted for the exam. The chemistry syllabus consists of a total of 10 units.
According to the students and the faculty members, overall, the paper was good, and the students could finish the paper on time. No difficulty level was found. The paper was as per the syllabus and sample papers given by the CBSE said Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad, head of academic administration, Neeru Batra.

The paper was quite easy with most of the questions being direct. The writing and grammar section was fair enough, as it aimed to test the basic grammatical knowledge of students.
The language of the reading passages was easy and questions were also direct. Last part of the paper(Sec-D) i.e the questions of Culture & Civilisation was common for the students as the questions were practiced thoroughly.

According to Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad, German Language, teacher, Saru Jain, the question paper was for 80 marks. The paper was balanced and there were no direct questions. Students were able to attempt the paper on time. The paper pattern was similar to the CBSE Sample Papers.
Nidhi Khurana, TGT German, Dps Indirapuram stated, "The German language paper in today's CBSE Class 10 board examination was well balanced with the difficulty level being average. The questions were direct and based on the pattern of the CBSE sample papers. The French paper was however a little challenging with some tricky questions."
As per Ms Anu Aggarwal, DPS Raj Nagar Extention, TGT French, the question paper difficulty level was moderate for all kinds of students. Most of the questions were direct and simple. The question paper had open-ended short-answer and long-answer-type questions. The paper was not too long either and the students got ample time to attempt the paper. Students who had practised the sample papers and the previous year's question papers beforehand were able to manage their time better.

As per the marking scheme of English Class 12 CBSE 2022-23, the English core exam will be held for 80 marks. The English question paper will have three sections -- Reading, Writing and Literature.
Heads of CBSE schools were able to download the CBSE hall ticket 2023 from the official website, cbse.gov.in using their school log in ID and password.
The CBSE exam analysis for the Arabic, Tibetan, French, German, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Limbo, Lepcha and Carnatic Music exams held today will be made available after the exam ends today at 1:30 pm.
The CBSE Class 12 students will appear for the food production, office procedures and practices, design, data science papers tomorrow, February 21.
CBSE Class 10 students will appear for the Arabic, Tibetan, French, German, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Limbo, Lepcha and Carnatic Music exams today.
As per the CBSE 2023 exam dress code, regular students will have to wear school uniforms, while private students can appear for the CBSE board 2023 exams wearing light clothes.
The CBSE Class 10 and CBSE Class 12 exam for Hindi Core, Hindi Elective and other language papers start at 10:30 am.

Mobile phones, smart watches, devices and AI-ChatGPT are strictly prohibited. Students caught using unfair means in the exam hall will face appropriate consequences.
Students will be required to carry their CBSE admit card 2023 to their allotted exam centres without fail. The candidates taking the Class 12 exam will be denied entry into the exam hall if they fail to show their hall ticket.
The Class 12 Hindi elective question paper will contain two sections with 14 total questions. All the sections will be compulsory. While Section A will have 48 objective questions, out of which 40 questions are to be answered, section B will have descriptive questions and the board will provide sufficient internal choices.

The students taking the CBSE board Hindi exams today must not carry barred items inside the exam hall. The CBSE board has allowed the following items inside the exam hall:

CBSE board 2023 Class 12 exam today: Hindi Core, Hindi Elective

Class 10 science sample paper 2022-23 is available on the official website -- cbseacademic.nic.in.
Students can follow the steps given below to download CBSE Class 12 Hindi elective syllabus 2023.
The board will allow the following items inside the CBSE 2023 exam hall
The CBSE Class 12 exam will be held for the Hindi core and Hindi elective papers tomorrow. The exams will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The Hindi core and Hindi elective paper will be held for 80 marks for a duration of three hours.
Students can follow the steps given below to download CBSE Class 12 Hindi core and Hindi elective syllabus 2023.
Students can download CBSE sample question papers 2023 by following the steps given below:
Open the website -- cbseacademic.nic.in.
From the menu bar, click on ‘Sample Question Paper’ and choose ‘SQP 2022-23’.
Now, click on the respective link as per student’s class.
A new page will appear on the screen. Choose the subject and open the SQP link to download sample paper or click MS link of the subject to download the marking scheme.
A PDF file will appear on the screen.
Now, download the CBSE sample papers 2022-23 on the device.
The students appearing for the CBSE Class 10, 12 exams tomorrow will get a reading time of 15 minutes to read the question paper.
The cbse.nic.in Class 12 exam 2023 timings tomorrow for the Hindi core and Hindi Elective papers is 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 sample paper and marking scheme for each subject is available on the official website –- cbseacademic.nic.in. Students will be able to access the CBSE sample papers for Class 12 main subjects including physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and other subjects by clicking on the ‘Sample Question Paper - SQP 2022-23’ on the CBSE website.

1. Visit the CBSE official website - cbse.gov.in
2. On the home page, click on the 'Main website' tab
3. Then click on the link for CBSE 2023 board exam admit card - Class 10 or Class 12
4. Next enter the necessary credentials
5. CBSE Class 10 or Class 12 admit card pdf will appear on the screen
6. Download the CBSE 2023 admit card and take a printout of it
CBSE Class 12 sample papers for Hindi core and Hindi elective and marking scheme are available at cbseacademic.nic.in.
In addition to the CBSE 12th Hindi core and Hindi elective exams, CBSE will conduct Arabic, Tibetan, French, German, Russian, Persian, Nepali, Limbo, Lepcha and Carnatic Music exams for Class 10th.

The CBSE Class 12th Hindi Core and Hindi Elective exams will be held for three hours duration between 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The Class 12 Hindi elective question paper will contain two sections with 14 total questions. All the sections will be compulsory. While Section A will have 48 objective questions, out of which 40 questions are to be answered, section B will have descriptive questions and the board will provide sufficient internal choices.
The Class 12 Hindi core question paper will contain two sections with 13 total questions. All the sections will be compulsory. While Section A will have 45 objective questions, out of which 40 questions are to be answered, section B will have descriptive questions and the board will provide sufficient internal choices.
Heads of schools were able to download the CBSE admit card 2023 from the official website, cbse.gov.in using their school log in ID and password.
