CBSE Class 12th result 2021 declared: 65,184 students still awaiting results

CBSE Class 12th results for withheld students will be out by August 5. Also, the board said the result of about 1,060 new schools is under process as there was no reference year.

Apply NowNEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today released the CBSE 12th results 2021 at cbseresults.nic.in. This year, a total of 13,04,561 regular students registered for the CBSE Class 12th exam, of which 12,96,318 have passed the exam. However, the board has withheld the result of more than 65,000 students.

The results of 65,184 students have been delayed and are under process. Their result will be released by August 5, according to CBSE.
“The result of about 1,060 new schools is still under process as there was no reference year hence, looking into the interest of candidates the result of these schools will also be declared within a week's time,” the board informed.

This year, CBSE recorded an overall pass percentage of 99.37 percent and a total of 70,004 students have scored 95% and above.
The total pass percentage of boys in CBSE 12th result 2021 is 99.13%, while girls scored 99.67% this year.
CBSE will be issuing combined marksheet cum certificate this time for Class 12 in place of separate marksheet and passing certificate.
Meanwhile, the board also informed that the exam for 60,443 private and Patrachar candidates will be conducted between August 16 to September 15.
