NEW DELHI, MAY 6: Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has released class 10th result 2019 on May 6, 2019 on the official website. Over 16 lakh students appeared for CBSE class 10th exams which were conducted from February 21 to March 29, 2019. CBSE 10th class result 2019 released online is provisional. Original mark sheet can be collected from respective schools thereafter. CBSE 10th class results 2019 are available on the board's official website i.e. cbseresults.nic.in The CBSE class 10th results are usually announced by the third week of May, but this year it is announced earlier than scheduled.

This year around 1604428 students passed CBSE 10th exams 2019 with overall pass percentage is 91.1 which has increased by 4.40%. A total of 97 students have made it to the board toppers' list. Girls have performed better than boys with 92.45% girls qualifying in CBSE class 10th examination and 90.01% of boys passed the exams. Trivandrum region tops again this year. In CBSE 10th results announced today, 13 students secured 499/500 marks and emerged toppers.
