CDAC C CAT Registration 2026: Candidates have to pay Rs 1,550 for course category 2 (papers A and B) and Rs 1,750 for course category 3 (papers A, B, and C)
The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) will begin the Computerized Common Admission Test (C-CAT 2026) registration process for the August session on May 26. Candidates will be able to apply for the CDAC C CAT 2026 exam on the official website, cdac.in, by June 23.

As per the schedule, the CDAT C-CAT August 2026 exam will be held at test centres on July 4 and 5. The admit card will be released 3 to 4 days before the exam. The duration of the test is one hour.
Candidates will have to pay a CDAT C-CAT application fee of Rs 1,550 for course category 2 (papers A+B) and Rs 1,750 for course category 3 (papers A+B+C) to complete the registration process.
Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology in IT, computer science (CS), electronics, telecommunications, electrical, or instrumentation with a minimum of 55% aggregated marks are eligible to apply for the CDAC C-CAT exam 2026.
As per the CDAC C CAT eligibility criteria, there is no age limit to apply for CDAC’s PG certificate programmes.

- Go to the official website at cdac.in.
- Register by entering your basic information to create login credentials.
- Enter your personal and academic details in the CDAC C CAT 2026 application form.
- Upload the essential documents and photographs in a prescribed format and size.
- Pay the CDAC C-CAT application fee online.
- After successful payment, select the CDAC C-CAT 2026 exam date for the August batch.
CDAC’s postgraduate certificate programmes are 24-week full-time courses with 1,200 hours of training, including 300 hours of self-study. The PG diploma batch will begin on August 24.
