NEW DELHI: As Chhattisgarh witnesses a decline in COVID-19 cases, the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has decided to conduct offline board exams for classes 10 and 12, the Times of India reported.
Earlier, the board had reportedly decided to conduct examinations at different centres to maintain COVID-19 protocol and safety measures.

On December 29, CGBSE released the Chhattisgarh board exams 2022 datesheet on the official website - cgbse.nic.in. Class 10 board exams will be conducted from March 3, 2022 to March 23, 2022. Class 12 board exams will be held from March 2, 2022 to 30, 2022.
The duration of Chhattisgarh Class 10, 12 board exams 2022 will be of 3 hours 15 minutes. The exams will be conducted from 9am to 12:15pm. The class 10 and 12 board exams 2022 are scheduled to be conducted in physical mode maintaining the COVID-19 protocols.

Students will have to reach the exam venue by 9 am. Question papers will be distributed at 9:05 am and students will be given 10 minutes to read the question papers. They can start answering the questions from 9:15 am.
The exams will continue even if a holiday is announced by the state government. However, exam dates may be changed due to COVID-19, the board had said.
