Constitution Day 2022: Schools and colleges will be organising talks, competitions, webinar tomorrow.
NEW DELHI : Constitution Day 2022 will be celebrated tomorrow, November 26, 2022 across the nation. To mark the occasion, schools, colleges and universities in India are going to conduct different activities from reading the Preamble to holding competitions.
University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman, M Jagadesh Kumar, asked governors of all states to direct universities in their states to organise a lecture on the theme “India: Mother of Democracy” tomorrow and create awareness among students about India’s contribution to democracy.
The Karnataka government has issued a circular saying that students of all schools and colleges will read the Preamble tomorrow.
Karnataka school education minister B C Nagesh said in a tweet, “A circular has been issued regarding the reading of the Preamble of the Constitution in all schools and colleges of the state on the occasion of 'Constitution Day of India' tomorrow (November 26).”
