Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun the CTET 2021 exam today in various cities across the country. The CTET 2021 exam is being conducted online from December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022. CTET 2021 paper 1 is being conducted from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Social distancing and covid-19 sops are being followed strictly at the CTET exam centres 2021.

Candidates were made to stand in a line with social distancing while entering the exam centre.

Hand sanitizers were kept at the entry point of the exam centre, candidates who were entered the CTET 2021 exam centre have sanitized their hands properly.

Candidates were found wearing face masks. Those without the masks were not permitted to enter the exam hall.

The temperature of the candidates was checked with the help of the thermogun.

Candidates were advised to carry their own sanitizers and transparent water bottle.

CTET exam pattern 2021
As per the CTET 2021 exam pattern, the paper I have questions from the 5 sections includes Language I, Language II, Child Development & Pedagogy, Environmental Studies, and Mathematics. Each subject has 30 questions with 30 marks. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct answer.
CTET 2021 paper II has five sections which include Language I, Language II, Child Development & Pedagogy, Social Studies or Social Science (for Social Studies/Social Science teachers only), and Maths & Science (for Mathematics & Science teachers only).
About CTET
The CTET 2021 exam is conducted to recruit teachers for vacant positions in schools under the Central Government schools, schools under the administrative control of Union Territories, and unaided private schools. The validity of the CTET eligibility certificate is a lifetime now. Earlier, it was five years and later increased to seven years.
